* Boneless chicken pieces - medium sized pieces
* Turmeric powder
* Ginger-garlic paste
* Pepper powder
* Turmeric powder
* Salt and Lime juice - Marinate
* Boil Vegetables - Carrots, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Palak leaves, beans, etc., Drain the water and keep the veggies aside.
Steps:
- Marinate the above ingredients overnight.
- Heat oil and dalda in a non stick pan.
- Add 2-3 red chillies
- Add marinated chicken pieces and roast well on all sides
- Once roasted well, add chopped onions, sliced tomatoes, chopped capsicum and Chopped spring onions.
- When onions are translucent, add salt, pepper powder and Chat masala.
- Add the boiled vegetables and roast well in high flame for few mins and dont burn it.
Serve hot!
