Ingredients:
- Onions
- Cabbage
- Carrots
- Potatoes
- Bottle gourd
- Tomatoes
(can also add vegetables of your choice. I added more of carrots to get the beautiful colour)
* Heat oil in the cooker, add bay leaf, 1 clove, mustard and cumin seeds, very little ginger garlic paste.
* Add the veggies and toss for a min or two. Remove the bay leaf and cloves. Add salt and water into the cooker and pressure cook for 5-10 mins
* Let it cool down and then Puree it. I dont prefer to filter / stain the contents coz its more nutritious this way.
* So, heat the puree in the same cooker by adjusting the salt and adding pepper powder.
Serve it bread crumbs.
(Cut a slice of bread into cubes and fry it in oil)
