Dal kichadi + Tetcha

=> Soak rice and toor dal together
=> Heat oil or dalda in a cooker
=> Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chillies, chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, cubed potatoes, chopped tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
=> Once mixed well, add the soaked rice + dal
=> Keep mixing till the everything gets blended together and masalas are well mixed.
=> Add enough quantity of water, chopped garlic cloves and chopped coriander leaves.

Close the cooker lid and let it cook.

Serve with tetcha, raw onion slices lime juice on it.

Tetcha:

Handful of chopped coriander leaves + 4-5 green chillies(depending on ur choice) + 5-6 cloves garlic + salt = Grind it in mixer without water.

Tetcha is ready as well!
