Today when i woke up at 10:45 thinking what to prepare for breakfast. When i opened the fridge the first thing i saw was the packet of sweet corn which i had bought few days ago and few slices of bread and i knew at once whats gonna be for breakfast.
I quickly took a handful of sweet corn in a bowl, added water and salt to it and set it to boil for 10 minutes. Meanwhile took the slices of bread and added grated cheese on them, kept them aside for the time being and started preparing ginger-tea.
Once the sweet corn is done, drained the water and added the corn on the grated cheese covered bread slices. Can also add any seasoning of your choice like pepper powder, chilli powder, etc., Placed a slice above the other and grilled it on a pre-heated sandwich maker.
Sandwich is done. Shall garnish it with seasoning, sauce, salads and coriander leaves. I just chose tomato sauce for the day and served hot with Ginger-tea.
