This is a Sandwich which I prepared with the few grate-able vegetables I had that day - Carrot, Radish and Onion.
Grate 1 Carrot, 1/2 Radish (if you dont like eating raw radish) and 1 medium size onion. Mix it well in a bowl.
Take 3 slices of Sandwich Bread, apply the Spread you have. I used Mayonnaise on one side of all the 3 slices. Took one slice, added the grated vegetable mixture and grated some cheese on it. Kept the 2nd slice with sandwich spread side upwards and added the veg mixture and grated cheese. Now kept the 3rd slice with the sandwich spread side facing downwards, making a sandwich of 3 layers.
Heat the sandwich maker, apply butter on both the sides and grill the Sandwich....
One of the different tasting, yummy and nutritious Sandwich is ready for breakfast or snacks!
