Leftover rotis – tear into small pieces
Onion – finely chopped
Curry leaves
Tomato – finely chopped
Green chilies – finely chopped
Turmeric powder, Chili powder, coriander powder, salt and
sugar
Garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil, mustard and cumin seeds for tempering
Chopped Coriander leaves for garnishing
Lemon squeeze
Instructions:
- · Heat oil in a wok and add mustard and cumin seeds
- · When they splitters add chopped onion and curry leaves – saute for few mins
- · Add tomatoes and all the masala ingredients from line number 6 – mix and cook
- · When the tomato is mushy add garam masala, torn roti pieces, mix well and saute for few minutes
- · Add chopped coriander leaves, squeeze few drops of lemon juice, mix well and serve hot
