Stuffed Bitter gourd / Barleli Karla

Ingredients for Masala:

Fresh coconut, roasted groundnut, ginger-garlic paste, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, khala goda masala, haldi, salt, lemon juice, chopped onion, coriander leaves, kuskus

Bitter gourd – cut into small cylindrical shapes and remove the seeds

Steps:
· Dry grind all the Masala Ingredients

· Heat oil in a pan, add the grinded dry masala and roast for a while till its raw smell changes

· Take the Bitter gourd cylinders and stuff the roasted masala in it

· Place the Bitter gourd pieces in the same pan and cook covered till done on all sides

· It should be cooked in medium flame and takes a long time
