Preparation:
- Soak the seedless dates in milk for an hour along with kismis
- Later add them to a blender along with more milk and honey
- We avoid sugar and added natural sweetener honey to make it more healthy
- Blend it well till it form smooth milkshake
- You can add few ice cubes or half cup chilled water while blending
