Dates Milkshake

Ingredients:

Dates - 100 g
Kismis - handful
Milk
Honey

Preparation:
  • Soak the seedless dates in milk for an hour along with kismis
  • Later add them to a blender along with more milk and honey
  • We avoid sugar and added natural sweetener honey to make it more healthy
  • Blend it well till it form smooth milkshake
  • You can add few ice cubes or half cup chilled water while blending
