Aloo Parantha

Ingredients:
Boiled potatoes
Chopped Green chilies
chopped Coriander leaves
Ginger - chopped into tiny pieces
Salt, haldi (turmeric powder), chat masala and garam masala
Wheat flour, oil

Steps:

  • Make dough out of wheat flour, salt and oil 
  • Mash boiled potatoes and mix rest of the ingredients to the potato
  • Now that the filling is ready, make a roti, place the filling in half of the roti and cover it with the other half
  • Cook both sides by applying oil / butter
  • Serve with pudina chutney and salads. 
  • Curd or raita will also make good side dish.
