Tendli Sabji

Ingredients:


  • Slice the tendlis into thin and round slices
  • Chop Onion - 1
  • Chop Tomato - 1
  • Curry leaves
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Garlic cloves 2 to 3 crushed
  • turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and kaala masala.
  • Salt
  • Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish
Steps:
  • Heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds
  • When it splitters add chopped onions, garlic crush, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
  • After few mins add all masalas and tomato 
  • Mix well, add tendli and salt
  • Saute well for few mins and add water
  • Cover and cook till its done well
  • Once cooked, add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti
