Ingredients:
- Slice the tendlis into thin and round slices
- Chop Onion - 1
- Chop Tomato - 1
- Curry leaves
- Ginger garlic paste
- Garlic cloves 2 to 3 crushed
- turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, salt and kaala masala.
- Salt
- Chopped Coriander leaves to garnish
Steps:
- Heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds
- When it splitters add chopped onions, garlic crush, curry leaves and ginger garlic paste
- After few mins add all masalas and tomato
- Mix well, add tendli and salt
- Saute well for few mins and add water
- Cover and cook till its done well
- Once cooked, add chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with roti
