Ingredients:
Onions - 3 (paste)
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomatoes - 2 chopped
Ginger garlic paste
Tamarind Paste - 1 tsp (mixed in little water to avoid lumps)
Cloves, Cinnamon, Bay leaves
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Everest Chhole Masala (Rs 3)
Salt
Sugar - pinch
Coriander leaves - chopped
Chhole (chick peas) - 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Potato - 1 chopped (optional)
Steps:

Chhole (chick peas) - 1 cup (soaked overnight)

Steps:
- Heat oil in Pressure cooker
- Add Bay leaves, Cloves, Cinnamon, mustard and cumin seeds
- When the mustard splitters add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste
- Mix well and also add onion paste along with all masalas
- Add tomatoes, potato and chhole - mix well and let it cook for 5 mins
- Add water, tamarind water, salt and sugar - cover the lid of cooker and let it stand for for 5 to 6 whistles
- After opening the lid of cooker add chopped coriander leaves and serve.
