Tandoori Mushroom (Dry)

Ingredients:

- Button mushrooms (chopped into 2 or 3 slices each)
- Tandoori masala
- Ginger garlic paste
- Salt
- Lime juice

For Garnishing:

- Onions
- Capsicum
- Spring onions
- Tomatoes and
- Coriander leaves
( Chop all the veggies into big pieces)
Note: Can also add chunks of Paneer if available. Fry them along with mushroom.

Steps:
* Add all the 4 ingredients except mushroom and mix well to form a paste.
* Once done apply the paste to the mushroom pieces on all the sides and marinate it in fridge for atleast 3-4 hours.
* Atleast half an hour prior to cooking keep it outside the fridge inorder to bring it to normal temperature.
* Now heat tawa, add few drops of oil and shallow fry. ( I dont have microwave oven. But if you have u can grill it)
* Once done, add the chopped chunks of onion, capsicum and tomatoes to the grill sticks as shown in the photo or in your own pattern along with the fried mushrooms
* Just before serving keep the grill sticks above the burner so that it gets slightly burned to give the flavor.

Serve with Chopped Cabbage, other chopped vegetables and Schzewan Sauce or red chilli sauce.
